Panda Express - Surprise

I have visited many Panda Express locations, and this one is definitely the best. The food is always fresh, delicious, and the portions are huge! The customer service, especially from a staff member named Zen, is outstanding. I work in customer service and I often use my interactions at this location as training examples. If you're in need of quick, high-quality food during your work break, this is the place to go. The restaurant is always clean, cool inside, and they don't skimp on cookies. I highly recommend grabbing your food to go as there isn't much seating available. Thank you for providing such a fantastic spot for lunch!

I highly recommend not to visit this restaurant. It has been at least 2 years since my last visit and I have given it 5 chances, but each time it has been worse. During my most recent visit, they gave me the wrong order of fried rice, when I specifically asked for white rice because I cannot have fried rice. The staff did not seem to care and only gave me a small container of white rice. When I started eating, I discovered that there were 3 pieces of raw chicken in my dish. I returned the plate and they provided me with a new one, but it also had raw/undercooked chicken pieces. The restaurant appeared to be disorganized and crowded, with 20 people inside. The service was slow and I feared getting sick from the raw food. Overall, I had a negative experience and will not be returning. Update: After consuming some of the food, I realized that some raw portions had already upset my stomach. Thank you.

When I usually request something extra like an additional room or napkins at this restaurant, they are accommodating. However, today when I asked for fewer vegetables in my Chow mein, they put in as many vegetables as possible. This was disappointing as I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this was an unpleasant experience. I will definitely be going to the location on Litchfield and Camelback in the future, as they are usually very polite.

At the first attempt with Panda Express I had the Black Pepper Chicken Bow with Lo Mein Nudeln. Beautiful mix of spices, with fresh green beans. Beautiful portion size for bowl $7.40

It's been a very long time since I've been to Panda and it's going to be a very very very long time before I come again. I couldn't believe for $8 I had a lunch that was inedible the chicken was okay it was room temperature but it tasted good the noodles were so dry I couldn't eat them my wife's rice was dry clump together and little balls very sad everybody seemed friendly here though.
