Pei Wei Asian Diner - Surprise

I absolutely love orange chicken, and I can confidently say that this is the BEST orange chicken I've ever had! It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I'm truly impressed!

I ordered the lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice, Chicken Pad Thai, and crab rangoons, and unfortunately, they were all quite disappointing. The fried rice was still crunchy and undercooked, while the chicken was dry. The crab rangoons lacked flavor and were also dry. The Pad Thai was overcooked and burnt. The lettuce wraps had a burnt taste, which seemed to be masked by a sauce. Overall, it was a very unsatisfying experience. I ended up having to throw everything away and find something else for dinner. Why have you let me down, Pei Wei? Why?!

The orange chicken was burnt. I tried calling the restaurant but was left on hold for 12 minutes until I arrived in person. When I showed them the burnt chicken, they told me that even if they made a fresh batch, it would still look the same. This is not the quality of orange chicken I expect from downtown Phoenix. The male manager was quite rude.

First time ordering from here. My deli driver was ama but unfo the food was a disappointment. I was so excited to try the new spicy drunken noodles, as this is my favorite Thai dish. The chicken tasted like fish, it was not spicy at all. The noodles were hard. I also got a side of fried rice and it was mushy and wet. Would not recommend at all!

The chicken was all breading and not even white meat. Pei Wei used to be great but not so much anymore!
