The restaurant itself is delightful and offers a great view from the windows. The food was decent, and the service was very good, although the staff tended to be a bit too eager in checking if everything was okay. At one point, all three staff members asked us within minutes, which became quite annoying after a while, especially when we were trying to have a conversation. The dessert menu seemed more geared towards children with options like Mars Cheesecake, Oreo sundae, Rolo brownie, and cornflake cake. I would have preferred to see some more fruit-based options. Overall, it was a nice place but we left feeling a bit overwhelmed and ended up going for a McFlurry instead.
CLOSED!!! NO WARNING ON WEBSITE. SO ANNOYING Apparently being developed. Fellow bikers all suprised Poor way to treat customers!!!
This is the only fish and chips i will go to ,its not local to me but i will drive out to eat here if i fancy fish and chips .prices and potions sizes are pretty decent ,wait can be long as its always quite...busy,, the service however is a little cold and unfriendly no hello or even a smile .over all i love their fish's and chips ,mushy peas and curry sauce
Went to buy dinner and have been refused service for not wearing a face mask although government exempt and offered badge as proof although the next person in had children without facemasks and when questioned this was told there exempt. the staff attitude was rude...and uninterested absolutely disgusting will never go back
I felt I had to write this review after now bad experiences with this chippy. The portions sizes can only be described as child like on both occasions. The staff are extremely unwelcoming and serving you seems to be an effort. No hello can...I help you, just a soar face and left standing there. My parents are regular customers so I came here this evening to drop them a treat and was utterly shocked to see what I was presenting them with. Picture taken on a tea plate not a dinner plate to show size that appears to be acceptable to serve customers.
