Feedback gevenAt this particular McDonald's, it appears that the staff are overwhelmed when there are more than 4 customers. There were incorrect orders, cold food, and a particularly rude manager who was a big guy with a beard. It seemed like they didn't want to be there, which resulted in poor service for the customers.
I waited for more than 30 minutes for a bacon roll, while over 12 delivery drivers were served before me. McDonald's should prioritize customers at the restaurant over drivers serving those who are still at home.
I went to the restaurant for lunch and ordered a kids' meal for my child. To my surprise, it took 30 minutes to arrive. The fries were soggy and the restaurant was not clean. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
I'd go to drive through next time, their service is appalling. ordered 3 fries and a milkshake as snacks, they had no order management was akin to fish market, They were concentrating on online orders entirely. i had to ask them to serve me twice, despite my order being on top and they'd take another 5 mins to hand me over straws that they forgot to serve milkshake with in the first attempt.
McDonald's Camberley high Street must be making a fortune whilst delivery only when they're only giving out half portions. This is the 2nd time from this store. I'll now pay the extra for a different store to supply.
