Wagamama - Surrey Heath

The food at this restaurant tends to be either overcooked or undercooked, especially the katsu sweet potato options. Trying to hide these flaws under sauce doesn't work for me. It seems like another chain jumping on the vegan bandwagon without really putting in the effort to attract and retain vegan customers. While it started off promising with Gaz Oakley's involvement, they need to improve and update their menu instead of relying on old options from three years ago.

This restaurant is one of my favorites. They typically inquire if you need a vegetarian menu, but you can just ask when you arrive if they don't. The menu has a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan items clearly marked - vegetarian options are on one side, while vegan options are on the other. My favorites include the vegan katsu with sweet potato and aubergine, as well as the aubergine and mushroom steamed bun. The service is decent, but not the best.

Faster and friendly service, always good food. they left the door open to come to deliveroo drivers, so it was really cold!

We visited our daughter's birthday, and eating and service were no longer. Thank you. liz for efficient, friendly and attentive. we're coming back.

There is a tendency to eat over or under boiled. especially the catsu sweet potatoes options. hide under the sauce does not work in the rule with me .. again I think his other chain that sticks the vegan market and now believe that they have done enough to win and hold vegan customers. started so well with gaz oakleys participation, but they need to increase and develop on their menu instead of sitting on options that are 3 years old.
