Burger King Canada - Surrey

This is my third visit in the last two months and their restroom still isn't functioning. They have three restrooms, and it's the same apology every time. I will not be returning to Burger King. Additionally, the staff's arrogant behavior when asked about the restrooms was unacceptable.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We ordered a veggie patty burger at 1 o'clock, but we were given a patty that appeared to be discarded. I took only one bite before realizing the poor quality. When we asked for a refund, the server, whose name was Tanvi, was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant deserves no stars at all. The service was terrible, the floors and tables were sticky and dirty. Avoid ordering the hot chocolate as it tastes like water with a hint of chocolate. Do not waste your money by coming here. None of the 5-6 employees I saw smiled at me. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never return.

The interieur is beautiful and clean. personal was efficient that included by 10 o'clock. the 24 hours are only driving-thru

Front crew are generally okay, but the food is mediocre at best, even for fast food. Chicken is usually dry, beef burgers don't taste as fulfilling as ones from other fast food joints. The place is also dark inside which makes it feel somewhat sketchy. Finally, they exhaust their smoke all the time which drowns the parking lot in smoke.
