Hello Pizza Factory - Surrey

I am posting this review of Pizza Factory by Daniel Holewell publicly. The service was absolutely terrible - they brought me a pizza with a hair on it and then acted as if I was trying to deceive them when I requested a new pizza. They then inspected the pizza at my house and replaced it with one that was not even fully cooked. They charged me $18 for one large pizza as a spiteful response to my request for a replacement pizza and an additional one. The employees and owners are awful. I will not only be leaving this review, but I will also be contacting health authorities due to the disgusting treatment we received. My girlfriend is now sick because of the uncooked pizza we barely touched before throwing it away. I would not recommend this pizza to anyone. I would not even eat it if it were being handed out for free on the streets. Homeless individuals deserve better food than what Pizza Factory provided.

I traveled from Toronto to visit my family in Surrey and decided to try out Pizza Factory based on recommendations. I had heard that they tend to use a lot of salt in their pizzas, so I made sure to request less salt when I placed my order. Unfortunately, while they did indeed use less salt, they seemed to have overcompensated with onions. The toppings were piled on top of a thick layer of onions and sauce, making it overwhelmingly onion-flavored and difficult to enjoy the pizza itself. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

I have been ordering from this restaurant since the 1980s. It is a family-owned business located in Newton. The prices are affordable and they serve the best pizza I have ever tasted, and I come from an Italian heritage. They offer pick up or delivery only. Give it a try and you will understand what I am talking about. My favorite is the Greek special.

Ordered a pizza from there picked it up got in car all i coould smell was something burnt yes when I got home the pizza was burnt no more pizza factory

Pizza quality is great but it's too bad they've raised the prices to like almost $10 a pizza. Might switch back to Dominos pizza since its quite comparable and amazing!
