In contrast, the coffee vendor near my workplace happily accepts card payments for even small purchases. I ended up having to round up my £8.80 order to £10 just to pay for the subpar chips. This left a bad impression on me, and I won't be returning to Jade Palace anytime soon. I would recommend Kingfish by the Station as they set a higher standard in the area. Jade Palace, you have some improvements to make if you want to retain customers in the future.

I am not typically the type of person to go to this restaurant, but my friend who I was with is a regular customer. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and the lack of attention to detail with our order. They forgot to include the burger we paid for, the fish was soggy and mostly batter, and the ribs had very little meat on them. The prices were high for the mediocre food we received, and everything seemed to be drowned in vinegar. I suggest looking for other local dining options and avoiding this place. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

We got takeout today and the crispy shredded chili beef and beef noodles were very disappointing. The service was good, but the food was not up to par. The price per person was around £20-30 for dinner. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience. Service was rated 5/10, atmosphere was rated 5/10.
