Feedback gevenI have never tried ginger beef like this before - they delivered beef and broccoli with chunks of fresh ginger mixed in. It was terrible.
I ordered a large wonton soup through Uber Eats but received a small one from the restaurant when I called. The staff claimed I had actually ordered a small, but after double-checking, it turned out I had indeed ordered a large. This mix-up was not handled professionally, and the staff member, Bree, seemed unable to address the issue when I mentioned that my daughter would be going without food. Their laughter at the situation was unprofessional, and I have decided I will not be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.
Lucky Horse is my go-to for chinese food! I actually moved out of Surrey a few years ago and my partner and I still find ourselves driving out to pick up take out from here when we crave chinese food, because it’s our absolute favourite! Service is always friendly and the “dinner for one” combos are a good deal and super yum. My #1 is their breaded almond chicken!

Ordered $63.85 in food before tip to the driver. Our order:1. Honey garlic chicken balls2. Sweet sour deep fried prawns3. Dinner for 1 (A) on menu4. BBQ pork5. Spring rollsThe Honey garlic chicken balls, sweet sour deep fried prawns and spring rolls would have tasted better if I personally deep fried them in my old engine oil from my truck.The prawns weren 't delivered with any Sweet Sour sauce...plain dry the spring rolls were dark from being over-fried. I always look forward to next day leftovers but the only thing that 's going to benefit from the leftovers is my organic recycling bin.Called to let them know that we have had great food from them before but this time was really bad and they said they would offer a $15 discount on out next order and that it was because they were very busy. What kind of excuse is that? They are too busy to put out quality food you or I are paying premium price?! Good luck staying in business with a quality control and customer satisfaction program like that.
