Mary Brown's Chicken - Surrey

Always great ????????. I had their fried chicken, 2 piece meal regular and 3 piece spicy. Both of them were as good as ever. The staff working at South Surrey location is super good and friendly. I think I'm going to go to this location from now on.

Really good fried chicken. Bought the chicken tenders with the wedges. Crispy, juicy and well flavoured! Will go there again for sure!

--- I was hopeful when I reached out for assistance, but my experience turned out to be frustrating. After realizing that our order had double portions of gravy and salad but was missing the fries, I immediately called to cancel or modify it. Typically, when people order takeout, it's after a long day, and they don't want any additional stress from mistakes. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with seemed to have every excuse in the book for why she couldn't simply cancel the order. While she did offer to provide a store credit for the salad and gravy for a future visit, she couldn't add the fries to my order. In the end, my order was canceled, and I was able to reorder, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Thank you for listening!

What kind of chicken restaurant doesn’t have any chicken ready? I stopped by after work and was informed I would have to wait over 20 minutes for a 9-piece meal. I asked if I could just take whatever was ready, but the rude cook told me they had no chicken at all. If you can’t provide what customers come for—CHICKEN—you’re going to lose business.

This was the worst experience I've had at Mary Browns. I've visited several other locations, but this was my first time here, and the food quality was terrible—far below what I've come to expect from the brand. Additionally, there were flies buzzing around inside the restaurant. Significant improvements in quality control and cleanliness are definitely needed.
