Menchie's Frozen Yogurt (guildford)

I visited this place for dessert with my friends, but I probably won't be back. I understand that as a franchise, the store doesn't have much control over its pricing, but I still don't think the experience was worth it. I ordered vanilla frozen yogurt with cheesecake bits, but the vanilla had an unusual taste—I'm not sure if it was a strange chemical flavor or just the taste of ice. The cheesecake bits were okay, but overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

First and foremost, my experience at this location was disappointing in both taste and presentation. The product was extremely watery and left me unwilling to return to Manchie's. Additionally, I feel I was overcharged. I usually visit the Langley location and pay between $18 to $24 for the same amount, but this time I was charged over $36. While I don't typically mind spending money, the poor quality of the food overshadowed that. I urge everyone to steer clear of this location until Manchie's addresses our concerns. Thank you.

I'm not sure what's happening at this place, but I used to visit regularly because the yogurt was fantastic. Unfortunately, my last visit was a big disappointment. Everything I tried was watery and lacked the true yogurt flavor. It seemed like the machines were running low, and the staff didn't appear to be paying attention or willing to refill the yogurt in the back. The toppings were stale, particularly the Oreo crumbs and coconut shavings. To make matters worse, they didn't even have tart yogurt, which is essential for any yogurt lover. I took my boyfriend and parents with me, and sadly, everyone left feeling disappointed. They said they wouldn’t return, and I felt embarrassed since I fondly remembered how great this place used to be.

Wish there was more fresh fruit but the variety of toppings is still impressive

The cheesecake was not as tasty as I expected. But I won't say it's bad, just a bit too sweet to me.
