Papa Johns - South Surrey

I became extremely ill after eating the pizza at this restaurant. Both my partner and I had the pizza on Saturday, and my partner got sick that same day. I am still feeling unwell. The taste of the pizza was not what you would expect from Papa John's, and I agree with other negative reviews about the toppings falling off. Most concerning is that both of us became very sick after eating here.

We used to order from this restaurant for a long time since we live very close by. We never had any issues with them for a couple of years now, although I think the owner may have recently changed. However, when I ordered a Large Original Crust Fiery Buffalo Chicken Pizza, something tasted off, like one of the ingredients had gone bad. The other pizza we ordered was fine, so maybe the onion or chicken had gone bad, I'm not sure. I mentioned it to them and they apologized, but did not offer any solution to make it right. I believe they should have given us a refund or something to make up for the mistake. We were very disappointed as it ruined our night, and we will probably not be ordering from this place again since they don't use fresh ingredients.

Find someone to fix the entrance door . Or ur night shift guy will always be angry to push the door open for customer !

The owners are extremely personable, they aim to please every order. Very pleasant to deal with.

We recently tried Papa John's for the first time tonight. The pizzas were extremely soggy, to the point where we had to use utensils to eat them because they were too difficult to pick up with our hands. We're not sure what went wrong, but the overall experience was not good. There was even a puddle in the middle of the pizza box. This will definitely be our first and last time dining at this restaurant.
