Pick Chews Teriyaki - Surrey

You can't beat the price, and the sushi is really good. This is my go-to spot for sushi.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. Serving was small, noodles tasted bland and bitter, chicken was literally Costco chicken with no flavour, the salad was drenched in dressing; overall quality of food for the price was very poor : I’m also slightly disgusted with how the receptionist serving food literally sneezed into his hands with his mask off…

The Chicken Teriyaki was just regular chicken, the miso soup tasted so grainy, the sushi was ok but then again it's hard to make sushi taste bad and the noodles tasted so undercooked. Overall, I feel that the chopsticks I had would've been more edible than the bento I had.

Since newer owners took over a few years ago, this unfortunately is the worst sushi we’ve ever ordered from. The tuna in the spicy tuna rolls was too tough to even chew through and the beef teriyaki rolls didn’t even have an ounce of teriyaki sauce on it and poor quality beef which again we couldn’t chew through. We’ve tried here a few times while at the mall for convenience but never again. The previous owners were great and served great sushi back then. Not anymore, Horrible sushi and service

Simply put, the worst sushi we’ve ever had. The spicy tuna roll is made with poor quality tuna where we ended up chewing and spitting out most of it with it being too tough to eat. The beef teriyaki roll has absolutely no teriyaki sauce and tastes like steamed beef. We go here for convenience while at the mall but no more. Since newer owners from a few years back…horrible
