Ricky's All Day Grill - Surrey

Visited this location many times for breakfast. Always friendly and fast service. This visit was disappointing. On a tight time frame took over 45 minutes to get our order Sat for ten minutes before we saw a server. One of my guests had an appointment. Left him 20 minutes to try and enjoy his lunch and get back to the office. Disappointed.

I recently stopped by Ricky's for breakfast and coffee, as well as a quick business meeting. I decided to try the Two By Five breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of toast, and 2 pancakes. The eggs, bacon, sausages, and multigrain toast were all decent, but the pancakes really stood out as exceptionally fluffy and perfectly cooked. The coffee was also very good, and the staff made sure to keep my cup filled with fresh, hot brew. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable spot for a hot and satisfying breakfast, I recommend stopping by Ricky's.

Went there with my friend yesterday, it was just on our way from the border. The food is great, nothing to complain about. I ordered a greek wrap and my friend went with Chicken burger. The cheese was amazing. But the customer service ruined everything. Two servers, one host and 4 tables. Not even one smile during the visit, the host haven't even let me finish what i want to drink, just started to run away, so no surprise that he brought me not the right order. None of them knew what is the soup of the day. in my opinion, it is overpriced for the service that they are providing. Definitely wont come back

I ordered an omelet with just cheese and added tomato. As a lifelong vegetarian, I was disappointed to find bacon-flavored hash browns and even a chunk of ham in my meal. The tomatoes were mostly white with pieces of stem. The toast was good, but when I voiced my complaint, I was told that they didn't know where the ham came from and they took $5 off my bill. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Mid morning, mid week, just two tables with customers and coffee delivered promptly. However, that's where it ended. Neither of the two attendants bothered to return to the table to take our order, so after several minutes one member of our five person table walked over and informed them that we were ready to order. No response. The two attendants continued to talk amongst themselves and made no effort to serve us. So we stood up to leave, paid for the coffee and left. Unable to make any comment about the food. Nice clean place, but no customer service.
