Starbucks - Surrey

The WORST Starbucks location. Staff not friendly at all. Don’t know what they are talking about half the time.

Ice matcha tea latte with soy is my favorite drink in Starbucks so I know the taste. Today is my second time to order on this branch, same experience I had on first, their iced matcha taste so bland I can’t even finish it. The staffs are friendly, but I’m not going to order there anymore.

Recent changes to points collection and a failure of the corporation to permit unionization have caused me to buy coffee elsewhere.

WORSE STARBUCKS BRANCH EVER. I've been to this Starbucks for years, and there's never been a time where I HAVEN'T had to wait for over 20 min. The workers are just chatting even though there's over 20 people waiting for their drinks and that doesn't include the 15+ people line up to order. they need to STOP the mobile orders when the people waiting for their drinks have been waiting for over 20 min. Will not come back to this branch again.

Good location to get your coffee while inside Guilford Mall. Service is good and drinks are great as well.
