Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant was terrible. I will never be going back there. The young lady working was extremely rude when I asked for help with my order due to the long wait. She just told me that the other women in the back were too tired from their long day. Very odd.
I have ordered from this particular location through the app a few times, and each time they have managed to completely mess up my order without offering any resolution. The first time I ordered a rice bowl with chicken and bacon, but it arrived without the bacon or the rice. When I reached out to them about the missing items, their response was unapologetic and simply said they would do better next time. The second time I ordered, less than two weeks later, my order contained several items I had not even requested. It seems to be a recurring issue specifically with this Subway location.
I got food poisoning from this restaurant after ordering the tuna on Monday, Jan 22nd at night. I suffered from vomiting and uncontrollable dry heaving, and was unable to keep anything down. I will not be returning to this establishment.
So I was there in today having my veggie sub ready.. they were putting just few strips of onions and peppers like really low of veggies for that when I asked if its the standard amount then the girl started yelling at me like if you want more veggies then say please can I have more veggies.. I was just being so nice and generous no doubt people are calling the girls rude here.. worst ever experience at any subway.
To store mangers/owners: if you don’t take further actions training your employees well, your business won’t last long. Employees were so rude to my kids. Two people working were talking and laughing loudly in their language. No more coming to this store again.
