Tim Hortons - Surrey

A week ago, I ordered americano with cream.I saw her(looks like maneger) pour a little bit of my espresso shot to someone elses coffee. I thought that was a bit odd, splitting a shot of espresso. I was going to complain, but I didn't. After I drove away and tasted my Americano, it's taste was definitely lighter than usual. I felt like I paid full price for an americano but only got part of it.

Came in to grab my morning coffee the workers inside were very rude towards me and the personI was with well ordering and had to wait 10 min on a pastry that was sitting in the microwave finished while they were making other people their drinks, and had to ask one of the staff members for my pastry. Need better customer service skills, very rude. Would not recommend to come here not a great place to start off your morning.Parking: Not that much parking since lots of other store inside complexWheelchair accessibility: Horrible way to small

Their menu shows a medium cold brew coffee for $0. Assumed it was some promotion.Asked them for one of those and they refused.The price error isn’t my fault. Honour your prices.

I ordered a strawberry lemonade and it tasted horrible, there was no lemon flavour and it tasted too sweet. had to throw out. i ordered a black coffee with two creams and two sugars on the side. on. the. side. the lady gave me a double double so when i went in and asked for another black coffee she dumped it out and gave me so much attitude and tried lecturing me. i wanted cream and sugar on the side not her attitude.

It's okay for grabbing a quick cup of coffee and inside looks pretty averages to all the other Tim Hortons around. However it would be nice to have a nicer outdoor area to eat that doesn't just feel like you're in a parking lot.
