YL's Curry Bowl 海南咖喱堡

Hainan chicken here is better than alot of restaurants. Rice is so-so. The curry brisket was tender too. The whole combo was 19 20 bucks though. Will definitely go again

海南雞飯和咖喱羊腩飯, 頂呱呱.This is a great little food court Resturant to get Asian Curry Beef/Lamb Hainanese Chicken with Rice, their curry sauce is very authentic, the Chicken meat is just perfect, didn’t overcook. I would even say there isn’t any Malaysian/Singaporean restaurant made as good as they can. I wish they are in Richmond, I bet they will have lineup all the time.

My wife has the shrimp laksa and I have the hainanese chicken laksa. I have to say this is one of the best in greater Vancouver. Soup and nice and thick, shrimp is fresh with a crunch, the hainanese check is so good. If you don't mine a little spice do ask them to add the sambal sauce to it.

My husband was feeling blue and I remembered that Laksa always makes him feel happy. He’s particular about his laksa! When I brought it home to him, his eyes lit up! He was so happy and kept asking where I got it from. YL’s Curry made his day. Thank you!

The curry was delicious. I would definitely return for another meal. The spice level was perfect and the meat and tendon were tender. The chicken was firm yet not tough.
