The Clock Hotel - Surry Hills

The Clock is a regular venue to catch up with friends. On the Australia Day weekend we booked a table for lunch. The food was good to very good, although the chips were a bit sad looking. The service was not up to the usual service. Tables were not checked or cleared regularly and it’s worth noting the pub wasn’t busy. Still a good pub in a good location. Let’s hope the staff have a bit more energy next time.

Not bad overall. The Friday lunch crowd is slowly returning.

Great service, friendly staff and delicious food. We would have loved to have been inside but understood that the inside tables were already booked.

The Clock is a lovely place to go to catch up with friends. Many spots on different levels to go and if you're lucky you could have the whole area to yourselves which we had (the courtyard) and it was so nice. Tons of vegan options which were all pretty good and a good selection of wine with clearly labelled vegan ones too.

Came for afternoon drinks with hubby and my favourite daughter.People sitting outside in the Autumn sun, and even more on the balcony but was surprised when we entered into the front sports bar that it was quiet and very chill inside.A function was going in The Courtyard, so we found a quiet spot in The Whiskey Bar.I really want to come back to taste the food.So many nooks and crannies to explore! You can be in the middle of the hubbub or find in a quiet area. A spot for everyone in this iconic pub.Will definitely be back!
