Starbucks - Susanville

I really enjoy this Starbucks. They consistently get my order correct, and the staff is very welcoming.

Customer service is always fantastic. Wait times are not long. My only complaint is that staff occasionally gets my order wrong. If I pay almost $7 for ONE cup of coffee I would prefer it to be made they way I ordered it. The environment inside is wonderful. The bathrooms are clean. The outdoor patio are is very enjoyable. Overall this Starbucks is amazimg.

Service really needs improvement! Waited nearly two minutes no acknowledgment or service. Won't see me again.

Needed some coffee after a long drive They only had vanilla as a sugar free option, but was still an ok place to relax before getting back on the road

I didn't order the full of freaking ice. I ordered light iced matcha latte and what I got was literally full of ice. Fix it guys .
