We waited over an hour for our food, and our toddler meals didn’t arrive until half an hour after we had ordered them along with our drinks. Eventually, we told the waitress that we needed to leave. She was very kind and ended up comping our entire meal, for which we had only paid $30 for three beers, a glass of wine, and two kids' meals. Three of the four adult meals were packaged up, as one of our group decided to forgo his food since it was still being prepared. The place was extremely busy, but we managed to cope with it. However, it was disheartening to overhear the manager blaming the problems on the new hires and younger employees who were working that Saturday night. She spoke to several tables that had complaints, and it was disappointing to hear her throw her staff under the bus.
I took my daughter and her friends there to celebrate her 11th birthday, and they had a fantastic time bowling. The staff was very friendly, and it offered a fun, unique activity for the chilly Wisconsin winters. The food selection was just right for the kids!
What a great place! The Duckpin bowling was excellent, and perfect for the little guys, ages 7, 4, and 2. Everyone can do it! The place is large, with lots of good seating and ling tables for eating and drinking while bowling. It adjoins the restaurant (basically same room) so you can see what's going on all around you. The food was very good, a cut above regular bar fare. The arcade games were fun for the kids. Be aware a crumy $1.00 toy will cost you $10.00 to win! Overall a great experience!
We had a wonderful time! However, our reservation from the day before was misplaced. The pizza was tasty, though a bit greasy—even the margherita!
It was a hard night. After we waited for our food for an hour (the infant meal came out half an hour after our order and drinks), we finally told the waitress we had to go. she was really sweet and composes all our foods that we paid $30 for three beers, a glass wee and two children's meals. three of the four adult meals were packed (one of our group members was still made and he said to forget it) it was wounded but tolerable. Unfortunately, the responsible woman gave all the questions about new rentals and younger employees working on Saturday night, we accused them of talking with several tables that complained. it was disappointing to hear that she threw the workers under the bus.
