Tim Hortons - Sussex

Always been a great place for a quick cup of coffee on the go.

The wait at Tim Hortons is extremely long due to lack of staff, so I switched to McDonald's café.

This restaurant serves disgusting and stale food made with cheap ingredients. It is not authentic Canadian cuisine. The food is not fresh and the staff are not locals as claimed, they come from the north. There is often a lot of trash outside near the takeout windows, attracting birds and rats. Deliveries, including chilled products, are left outside for hours. Staff have been observed going outside to smoke and then returning to serve food without washing their hands. This place is a complete mess and should be shut down.

It’s unacceptable they don’t offer Grilled Cheese Melted Bread in this location, specially in the mornings.

The staff where very busy, but still friendly and efficient. Definitely will be returning.
