North End Tavern - Sutton

We stopped by this pub as a regular meeting spot for our group, not because it is particularly good, but because it is convenient. However, recently, the atmosphere has improved and we have found ourselves staying longer due to the staff being more friendly and engaging. We even joked with one of the staff about the absence of the unpleasant manager, who is apparently on holiday, which has made everyone happier. Last Saturday, instead of just one drink before moving on, we ended up staying the whole night, enjoying plenty of drinks and food. With a bar tab of nearly £60 per round and having had 8 rounds, the pub definitely profited from us being there. The manager should take more holidays, as the pub is much more pleasant and profitable without him around.

This restaurant offers a fantastic variety of beers, delicious food, plenty of TVs to watch sports on, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing atmosphere the new management team are superb highly recommend ! The new deputy manager is wonderful goes above and beyond didn’t catch her name unfortunately but is definitely an asset!!

I went to this restaurant with friends for a drink and had a great experience. Despite being busy, Natalie provided excellent service, remaining professional and friendly throughout. The pub is really great.

I hadn't been to this pub for over 20 years and it didn't disappoint. Great pub and a lovely meal with friends. Mark (Landlord) and his team were on the ball which made the experience more relaxed and enjoyable which is what you want. We will definitely be back.
