Feedback gevenI made a reservation for Valentine's night and received several reminders. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found it closed for renovations! The communication was awful, as they failed to inform us that they couldn't honor our booking. We were extremely disappointed and won't be returning.
I made a reservation at this restaurant for an early Valentine's Day dinner, only to arrive and discover that it was closed for renovations. We had booked the table over a month in advance, and not once did anyone bother to contact us to inform us of the closure or suggest we make alternate arrangements. This left us having to order takeout instead. The customer service is absolutely appalling – I would expect a chain like this to have the decency to notify its customers if the restaurant were closed.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, the atmosphere was a bit too warm and the space felt small.
We came here a Sunday and found the menu very limited in the choice. some options that we ask on the drinks menu, do not do it anymore, but was still in the menu. starter were not very good, but the main course was quite nice therefore compensated for the bad starter. service was nice, but it was just a waitress on itself.
The service staff were genuinely friendly and very attentive. My steak was beautifully cooked and the sides were very tasty and a bit different.
