Burger King - Suwanee

Tastes like a regular BK but the service always makes me to come to this location.

I NEVER write reviews about fast food because everyone knows it’s hit or miss, but every once in a while you have an experience that goes above and beyond and that’s worth telling people about!So I came to this BK wanting lunch but after talking to the gentleman in the drive thru he informed me that I came about 30mins to early (sad but without missing a beat the gentleman took charge and asked if I wanted lunch now, I said YES! and I immediately hear him say put burgers on the grill and took my order (perfect! .After pulling up to the window the lovely lady at the cashier register was equally delightful and lovely to deal with. It was a small thing really but that extra mile they went to take the initiative left a great impression with me and now I look forward to coming back soon! I only wish all fast food places was like this. I definitely felt like to day I was king.

Let me preface this review by saying that four stars for food at a fast food restaurant is relative. It's not fine dining, as you know. That being said, it seems inevitable if you change your order from the menu standard, any fast food restaurant will most likely get it wrong. That's what occurs typically at this particular establishment, but what's great about it is that the management always makes it right and does so apologetically. For a while, this restaurant was struggling, but they have a good team and good management in place now and they are reliable.

First time at Burger King in at least 10 years and I was pleasantly surprised at how much options they have now! Also the young men working; Sean Alex and Conner, laid of the red carpet for me. They provided top notch service with ease. I’ll be back for sure. :

Almost went across the street to the lil red haired girl but I won’t speak of them lol, food was exceptionally delicious fries hot crispy, whooper was fresh and well prepared and the drink was cold and crisp (an indicator of most good food establishments) I want to say thank you to TK and his 3pm crew for giving me hope in fast food were others have failed, keep up the exceptional work,I will definitely return! ?
