Chipotle Mexican Grill - Suwanee

So I went to this location because the one closer to where I live (mall of GA) hasn't done a good job lately. I was very pleased with driving the extra miles to get what I paid for! My order was on the shelf on time and I didnt have to wait an extra 15+ minutes like I have been at mall of GA! Not to mention I got what i paid for in portion! Mall of ga portions are skimpy. So, thank you suwanee for making the drive worth it.! Not sure if Buford is under staffed or what but they need to fix it and quick!

Omg i just icked up a bowl, some guacamole chips, drove home opened the bag to find my guacamole was almost black in color, i scraped off the top layer but its the same throughout, disgusting looking

Placed an order of burrito bowl half garlic guajillo steak and steak and soon as I opened the container it was a small portion of it and it was way under food temperature! ? start firing employees who do their jobs sloppy!

I order from this location frequently, and I am upset that the food preparation wasn?t done properly and thoroughly when they were cooking food. I found a bar code sticker on my orange bell pepper. This is very upsetting and made me feel sick. I hope they can improve on this matter.

This is the 1st time I am calling a place of business for 35 gift cards and they tell me they cannot process it. I could not place the order online as I needed it in couple days. I was willing to place the order at the store in person or over the phone and wait to pick it up. The worse was the managers attitude, telling me he can't and that I would be better off calling another store! WOW! Had no issues with placing gift card orders last year at Zaxby's and I guess for this year, I will find another business that can accommodate my needs! Update: Went to the Chick Fil A around the corner and my request was completed in 10 min even though both the drive thru lanes were wrapped around the building and there were about 5 customer in the lobby ahead of me. Felt valued there by the manager repeating, It was my pleasure; Thank you for your patience; and We appreciate your business! This business is a much better choice for the recipients of gift cards than Chipotle!
