Dunkin Donuts - Suwanee

Sunday, September 26, 2021 around 1:45 PM I went to this Dunkin ' Donuts location to buy some coffee with my four years old son. My son wanted to use restroom and there was a table blocking the restroom path and a sign on the restroom door that says No public restroom Restroom is for Dunkin customers only! Having seen this I call the attendant and tell him I 'm going to buy some coffee but my son need to use the restroom. When I said that he asked me Is he going to make a mass? I was like excuse me what do you mean? Then a female attended comes and said more or less like we can 't let you use the restroom because he is going to make it unsafe and because he will make it unhygienic. My first question is why in the world for a corporation like Dunkin ' Donuts would keep their front door open and keep restroom locked and have employee ask such questions? I 'm assuming they didn 't want us to use the restroom because of COVID, now my question is does Covid spread from using restroom? I didn 't know how to accept/tolerate such behavior form Dunkin ' Donuts employees.

Aneeta was absolutely fantastic and a wonderful asset to Dunkin' Donuts! She was incredibly friendly and had a gentle voice. Even over the phone, she was warm and welcoming. Thank you for everything!

The female owner is quite rude. She seems more focused on quickly serving the two people in line than on accurately taking orders. When I corrected her about my order, she looked genuinely surprised. However, the guy with the bandana and face tattoos is really nice.

I would rate this place with zero stars if possible. I used to work here but left because I observed numerous health code violations—about 40, in fact. They frequently handle food with unclean hands and even use items that have fallen on the floor. Additionally, Munira, the manager, serves coffee that has been sitting for hours, which was already paid for by someone else. I strongly advise against going to this Dunkin’, as it could put your health at risk. Moreover, the bathrooms aren’t actually out of order; the staff just refuses to let customers use them because they are too lazy to clean them.

I love that as soon as we walked in on a cool morning it was perfect temperature inside the food was perfect thanks to John in the back and my husband and I enjoyed a quiet breakfast with of course two perfectly made large coffees we will be back to this particular location ASAP *Paige and Jonathan K
