Main Event Suwanee

The price for laser tag on the website was significantly higher than expected, with no prior notice. The place was chaotic, filled with disrespectful individuals. The attendant failed to check if we had paid for laser tag, allowing dozens of kids to rush in front of us to grab vests without any oversight. Many games were malfunctioning, and when we reported this to the staff, we had to endure a long wait to receive our credits back. Additionally, the staff did not manage the line properly, allowing people who cut in to be served before others. The games were overpriced, and the rewards were minimal. Overall, this was the worst experience we've encountered at a Main Event.

I really enjoy Main Event! It's an excellent venue for teenagers, especially since many entertainment options cater to younger kids. In my view, it's a better choice than Dave and Buster's! There’s so much to keep your children entertained—bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and prizes. However, it is quite pricey! I can't say for sure, but it would be fantastic if they offered a season pass, especially during the summer, so I could take my kids regularly without spending a fortune each time. Overall, it's a great place to bring your children on hot summer days!

The food is pretty good, the prices are pretty high and the service is horrible the employees do more talking,eating and standing around than serving and cleaning. I’ve been here on two occasions both times I’ve had issues with the service I’ve had one employee use profanity around me and my three year old I’ve had to clean my own table and the server is the one who gave me wet paper towels to clean my table as I said clearly the employees are not motivated here and management is not leading your employees don’t need friends they need leaders

Updated: added 1 star. The staff, especially the managers, were great at making it right. But, the problems with the games still remain.Been here twice, both times the place has been under staffed. But worse, more than half of the games have serious problems. I feel like I’ve wasted $200 each time, and it’s a total pain to get credits back with no one working here, especially when it’s every other game. We thought after the first time it would improve, but seems worse now. Might be better to head to Dave and Busters imo.

Just commenting on the food. Went with the boneless wings/lemon pepper. The sauce was pretty simple, and the wings were underwhelming. They did provide a lot though. Overall it was an average meal.Food: 4/5
