Good service, good food. The atmosphere is always loud so if you don't like it loud this isn't your place.

Love the pizza..so delicious and different than what I have before

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS HERE!!!!This Suwanee location double charged my credit card for my purchase. As the manager began to put in the transaction I told them that I already paid for my pizza. I just wanted to make an additional purchase of a cookie. He proceeded to make an adjustment on the cashiers system by using my card to add the cookie. As I was handed a receipt that showed another charge of my pizza I was told that I was not charged twice. That evening I looked online at the charges on my card which showed two charges. When I went back to the restaurant asking for them to correct the double charge the manager tells me that there’s nothing that he could do on his end and that I would have to wait 5 business days for the charge to drop off of my account. The first mistake was that I NEVER authorized for them to make an adjustment. The simple and normal way of handling business is to do a new transaction of the new purchase. This is inconveniencing to me and the manager kept replying to me that there was nothing he could do to resolve his mistake.

Wow I don't have words to say the great employees has this place. Beatiful place inside of Town Center in Suwanee.

Got a thin crust large pizza and it’s ovale like a piece is missing.The manager came and look at it and said it acceptable but not for me
