Quanto Basta Italian Bistro - Suwanee

One of my favorite Italian restaurants! The food is amazing, and the service is outstanding. What more is there to say? It's just absolutely delicious.

On April 13, 2012, I had an amazing experience with the scallop special, which included butternut squash ravioli and thinly sliced eggplant topped with spring greens. The sea scallops were cooked to perfection. The dish was not only well-balanced but also incredibly flavorful. Our guests enjoyed their pasta dishes as well, which were excellent. I can't wait to return!

This place perfectly captures the New York style and ambiance I'm familiar with, and the food is truly the best northern Italy has to offer. They begin the meal with freshly baked crusty bread, roasted garlic, and cheese—an ideal combination that I often turn into a mouthwatering sandwich. After all, I grew up on garlic! My personal favorite is the balsamic roasted chicken, served with a creamy sauce, pasta, and the most tender chicken imaginable. It’s absolutely perfect, and I must point out that it’s conveniently located right on the edge of the Macon County line—finally an opportunity to mention that! My family absolutely loves this place!! I'm a real critic about good Italian and I have to say that this is the best! My dad makes the absolute best spaghetti and we always said that no restaurant could ever top it! But sadly we were wrong, Quanto Bistros spaghetti is amazing!! You can always tell a great Italian restaurant if even the spaghetti is authentically delicious! Love this place! Great date night atmosphere too!!

Delicious. We had been looking for a great Italian place, the chef has convinced us this is it! Great food, very fresh and very well presented, awesome service, ask for Kim, she is amazing! Will go back many times! So glad to have found this wonderful place! Even if you are not in the area, well worth the trip! Buckhead, meet Cumming!
