Arnfeldt - Svendborg

A word: fantastic. many years ago we had the pleasure to eat in the old restaurant morten de Gaulle, so when we found this restaurant, we were striving to try it. with a little contempt and very high expectations we went and we were not disappointed. as we had experienced more than 15 years ago at de Gaulle, the foods and weine in perfect harmonie and enriched the experiences of each other. arnfeldt has become my new reference point for gourmet denning. the service was also impeccable. I hope to go back soon, and will recommend it to everyone who enjoys fine dinning and wein.

We were in arnfeldt for 3 nights in mai with our 1 year old. the island is beautiful and this hotel was just far beyond the expectations. I still have to come over a place that has been made as tasteful as this place. Catrine and murder are extraordinary people and we also have to meet her dog. they are thoughtful and thoughtful. the breakfast they made every morning was a hard one for us, because my man has gluten allergy, bakes fresh bread every morning and the gluten-free pancakes were just beyond the cake. I never tasted a pancake taste so good. we were happy enough to have a 4-course menu and I'm really short how good it was. we wanted to know that murder is a Michael Star chef. but then everything was sensible. Even if you don't stay there, I would still recommend eating it at least once during your stay, but if you want to stay the breakfast there best. it's absolutely worth it. many thanks to catrine and morten for the wonderful stay and we hope that again in future

Had a tasty, interesting beautiful dinner here. the service was impeccable, but not stubborn. the wine pairing was a great choice. recommend this restaurant.

The arnfeldt was like a home away from home. katrine and morten are artists in the heart and it shows in every detail that this is not only a job but a passion for both them. warm, welcoming, comfortable and the food..oh eating everything I can say is that it is world class, with eminent style and aplomb delivered. local ingredients prepared with love and intelligence. a truly unforgettable visit in aeroskobing made special by this wonderful hotel and gracious host. tusen tack!
