Feedback gevenMy husband and I ordered and got the menu of the month, three dishes for 300 kr., which must be said to be a very reasonable price for this unusual delicious meal. There went a little long time before we got right, but it was so also only minus. The drinks were at reasonable price, and we were SO saturated (and happy) when we went away.
After reading the many bad experiences from other customers, I really feel that I have escaped a bad experience. Booked theatre menu for d. 11/11 already d. 7/8. I didn't hear from them before 29/9, where they wrote: "We first return now. We unfortunately have everything recorded this day.” 1. Where do you feel indifferent and 2. Where ungreasy they wait almost two months to give this message (as they simply gave it to write, because I even wrote mail to them and asked for the answer at table order d. 7/8 came auto reply back: “Thank you for your table order. You are soon contacted by the restaurant.” Rather can be discussed. Now, where there is so short time for the show, it becomes limited what else is of opportunities for dinner in Svendborg. It is apparently in line with what others have experienced, not a place as does not weight neither service nor customer experiences. Great to save yourself for the experience.
Sweet and friendly service. The quality of food and beverage was really nice. The price was very reasonable compared to the quality. 250 kr. For a main right is determined in the cheap end.
We had ordered table via mail quickly got feedback that you were excited to see us. When we arrived (17.45), there were only few people in the restaurant. But after about 15 20 minutes everything was filled up and you may even refuse guests because of lack of space. We got a table at the window bright and friendly. The dinner card is not large 2 or 3 dishes menu, pariserbøf, burger of different kinds, but everything was well-tillavet (both we got served and what we could hear from other guests). We got 2 dishes menu salmon pea (which was a puffy bottom with light salmonemousse, smoked salmon, ram onion dressing) and coc au blanc (like coc au wine, but where you have used white wine instead of red wine.mdernæst pearl onions, carrots, spring onions) and there 'knowiest potatoes' with bacon (grov potatomos). Great and friendly service. 15 minutes before the theatre performance the door was opened to the theatrefoyeren, so you did not need to go outside the building. We will definitely come again.
A pure fatherce : We had a concert ordered table 2 months before, when we 4 guests have things we do not eat, I prayed for a menu card, and we knew only the serversed buffet with 2 starters 2 main dishes and 2 desserts, it suitable us fine, so we came with expectation of a good meal. The day came up and we found ourselves, our table was styled drinks, and then there was a bowl with something soup in front of us. it wondered, but it could be that it was the concept, so we ate and started to spej after the buffet. But there came no other tables, to get worn plates in. I found the booking email on the phone. went up and spoke with the owner (which was also her who had booked table and buffet for us) She told us that there was no buffet that they had made it about one to a 2 dishes serving ! I felt absolutely not that it was we ordered, and asked what we then did, the answer was: we have nothing else, I was waiting for what the menu sounded on, and when I said we were 2 there did not eat potatoes, then we could get something for the concert. Then the bill that I asked them to customize, it meant that I had a longer debate with the owner, who could see, that they had not notified that they could not deliver the ordered buffet, and that they had made mistakes on mistakes. But the bill was still to be paid fully. At the end, she pulled a menu from , and we wouldn’t spend more of the evening in it so we paid. But all in all a disappointing dinner where uproffesionel treatment, lack of will to fix errors and in the whole took an indifferent service filled too much (because we could not be the only thing with the experience) A shame for the premises is fine, and there is plenty of potential.
