The blueberry cake is also very tasty. The only thing lacking on the menu is w60 filter coffee, which is typical for Stockholm. A special touch that brought a smile to my face was the presence of a Russian samovar on the second floor, giving a nostalgic feeling.
The scenery was lovely, but unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant fell short. The food was very oily, lacking flavor or originality. Payment was required upfront, and the waitress didn't even inquire about the meal. Additionally, there were rats running around the tables, which we found to be absolutely repulsive.
The Swedish pastries were delicious. However, the main meals were a bit disappointing and did not meet my expectations. It's possible that the food quality suffered because the restaurant was very busy and they weren't able to focus on preparing good dishes.
On April 20th, the first real sunny day of the summer, I ordered a drink that was supposed to have ice but instead had mostly melted. The latte was barely warm and tasted like warm milk. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant.
Aside from the bland bake off the intruder and the burst of fresh ingredients, the personal touch adds a sad atmosphere. It's a shame that such a great location doesn't offer better service.
