Fachwerk Biergarten - Swakopmund

One of my favorite spots in Swakopmund. Beautiful outdoor seating, large tents (my six-year-old son always asks her), good cold beer, nice waiting staff. We usually get the Schoferhoffer yeast wheat, but many other beers on offer. Only complaint is sometimes a little overwhelmed when the beer garden is busy, and it may take a little to get a refill unless you simply go to the bar itself. Love the self-service food, feels like authentic beer hall food. Also like the new addition of the Shiwarma restaurant; I will occasionally grab a Shiwarma, bring it a few beers. recommend to anyone visiting Swakopmund; They feel like in a tropical Bavarian.

About Brau House, we have a new favorite German restaurant in Swakop! We wanted to try this place, because from the outside it looks a fun place. It's self-service, so you go into the window and tell them what you want, and you order drinks at the bar. We had an absolutely tasty pork dish with sauerkraut, beer and pork. Everything was cheap and service was fast and friendly. On the back there is a seating area with a sand pit for children. Very recommended!

Pub in a historic building dating from 1899. With a terrace in the front, a traditional pub inside and a beer garden in the back, there is someone for everyone. Many organized entertainment (for the whole family), hearty German food and cold beer is a great combination!

Ice cold beer, amazing ambience, huge portions of absolutely delicious Bavarian cuisine. The new hotspot in Swakopmund. Self-service.

A lovely place for a beer and some good food, also lots of events during the week to keep you busy.
