Raja Spice - Swale

My friends and I ordered from this restaurant on Saturday night and we were extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. Every dish we received was poor quality, cold, and overcooked. The chicken was mushy, the chips were extremely hard, and the garlic naan lacked flavor. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, the manager offered no apology and was defensive. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

I haven't been to this restaurant in months and I can confidently say I won't be returning. The chicken tikka masala was disappointing, tasting more like tomato soup with no depth of flavor. Despite requesting two popadoms, I only received one, and the mint sauce tasted similar to the soup. I will not be dining here again.

I placed an online order and had to wait for 30 minutes. When I arrived, my food wasn't ready but I was given some extra items to make up for the inconvenience. Once I got home, the food was still hot and very tasty. The poppadums could have been crispier, which is just my personal preference, but overall the food was good. I also found the price to be fair.

Really tasty food arrived a little bit late but it was worth the wait the food was still really nice and hot, no need to heat it up in the microwave. The portion size was huge enough for two meals> will definitely shop here again. Incredible value for money.

One of the few places open during lockdown so was drawn here through justeat. Service was pleasant, the gentleman at front of shop eas very friendly. However as with other takeaways recently, there was no paneer in the sag paneer I bought, I just dont understand this one, I wouldn't order a halloumi burger in a greek restaurant and be served cheddar, so I'm at a loss understanding why it seems to be a melted cheese in the saag here. Two lamb chops with a bite size piece of meat on each has bought this down to three stars, which would have been lower had the gentleman not been so friendly. Sort out the portion size of the chops and the paneer and easily 4/5 stars.
