Feedback gevenCHARGED £4.80 FOR A DRINK I CHOKED ON. This is a problem and I am not happy about it, if the prices are not fixed by August 1st there will be a problem. Mark. My. Words. Also; the prices weren't even on the featured drinks causing more trouble for the employee -who was quite kind- and for me. I am extremely sad and this has taken a dark toll on my mental health.
The staff are very nice and very helpful and the cafe is always clean and the products are always displayed neatly.
We used to go here about 1 or 2 times a week but hadn't been there for ages but decided to visit there today and we ordered a cappuccino and a fruit tea .my husband went to the counter to pick it up and bring back to our table and thay just gave him his coffee and a breakfast tea when he asked why. thay just said we have no fruit tea and just expected us to except it but I don't drink breakfast tea and thay were quite shocked I didn't want it so we got our money back and left . Definitely will not be returning
Worst coffee I ever had 0/5 ordered online and took them 10 mins to do anything. I had to remind the bloke to actually make them and he didn’t even apologise. Decided to give them another go two small iced coffee. Run out of regular milk, annoying but not their fault. It was lukewarm, no ice in sight and tasted awful. When we asked for it to be changed just put the tiniest amount of ice in it and gave it back. DO NOT COME HERE SO RUDE AWFULL STAFF
I've had a full meal made faster than I takes to get a latte from this Starbucks. 20 minutes when it isn't busy is just shocking. There is a Costa in the forum. Do yourself a favour.
