Lovely welcoming pub, really pleasant to eat and drink in or outside (their beer garden is beautiful). There is plenty of room for events and gatherings. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making everyone feel at ease. The food is delicious and reasonably priced....There is plenty of parking onsite. I thoroughly recommend!

Lovely meal as usual. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Home made burger with all the trimmings (bacon, brie, pickle, salad, onion rings) and great chips also steak and ale pie that husband recommends to anybody.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my youngest sibling's engagement on the premises, and it was a fantastic experience. They set aside a private area for our group, yet we still felt like we were in a cozy pub. The staff were attentive and efficient, making sure we always had drinks without feeling any pressure. The atmosphere was wonderful. I can't fault a single thing and would definitely return for a group event or party in the future. Thank you!

This local pub is incredibly welcoming and friendly. All the food is homemade and the chalkboard specials are a must-try. We enjoyed a delicious starter, main course, and dessert. The menu is extensive and traditional, with a great wine selection at very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is relaxed and dog-friendly. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal.
