A & W Restaurant - Swan River

Visited on a journey through the family. the floor was disassembled while we were in the restaurant, but the rest of the building seemed very dirty. the personal was impatient, unfriendly and slow. we can stop here again, but only because it's the...only almost food burger place in the city.

Service was fast and friendly. the food was good. the line of men went through quickly. No one was left to wait a long time.

They need fast eating great location, but only sad this is not open late! they are our way to place when children need a fast meal because they swim, or work and with four children go in four directions a w is...big! we all love the hand cut tweepers! we as parents also like that their meat products have no growth hormone, antibiotics etc. it is hit and miss, although depending on who works some really great speed and other times not so fast. just like any fast food place always best to check their order before they go.

Breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Just don't get them on an English Muffin as they get too greasy(re: Spongebob). Everyone has their favourite burger. Mine is now the Uncle burger with cheese and bacon. Wow that was fantastic when the owner cooked it! Onion rings are...far too salty for me as is the gravy. Poutine is good tho. I don't care for the chicken as the batter tastes too processed. But the chicken strips are good as are the wraps. Didn't care for the salad as it tasted like plastic.

Nice new restaurant. Excellent deal on Double Bacon Double Cheese Momma burger. The food was great but the extremely grumpy cashier worked hard to ruin the whole thing. I guess i shouldn 't expect professional service from a fast food joint. I have had two more...of those burgers at other A&W 's still like 'em...
