Red Lion - Swansea

The experience at the Red Lion in Morriston, Swansea was absolutely awful. From the rude service to the poor quality of food, it was the worst 'spoons breakfast I have ever had. The waitress was the only positive aspect of my visit. The coffee machine was not working properly, delivering only half a cup, and the toast was barely toasted and the butter was rock hard. The eggs were lukewarm and unappetizing. Even the coffee tasted bad. After a disappointing meal, I spoke to the waitress who was apologetic and understanding. I decided not to return to this establishment as it was a total shambles and waste of money. I would not recommend the Red Lion in Morriston to anyone.

I visited this restaurant and ended up applying for universal credit. The staff at the job centre were very friendly and now I am receiving £72 per week.

We stopped by for a quick meal on short notice, as we hadn't been there in a while. Despite being understaffed, the young girl and boy quickly ensured our table was clean and ready for us. We ordered curry meals, and the service was fast and efficient, with the food being served hot. We also enjoyed a large glass of wine. While this pub may be typical of Wetherspoon, compared to others I've visited recently, the staff at this location excelled in appearance, manners, and attitude towards customers, as well as in the presentation of our meals. Food and service is disgusting. Tables were not cleared at all during our visit. Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. Order was taken and arrived with incorrect food. All violently ill after eating a small portion of the chicken

We struggled to find a clean table. Eventually ordered boneless chicken, very average meal. Unfortunately, after leaving, we were both violently sick and experienced extreme diarrhea. I'd saved some of the chicken for the dog, she was also afflicted with diarrhea. Avoid this place, it's disgusting!
