Village Grill - Village Hotel Swansea

Was really hard to find on the map because it sits behind a Village Hotel Sign There is no A483 signage.

Well having stayed here for 12 nights I can say that yes premier inns are "budget" priced but that is only if you book a loooong time in advance.

The Waterfront is a Beefeater Grill pub, underneath the Premier Inn.

The dining experience was average. The menu had limited options. The restaurant was noisy, with TVs playing football games that not all customers were interested in. It would be beneficial to have a designated area for sports fans. The food was not worth the high prices. The service was satisfactory.

However, the manager was able to resolve the noise issue by setting up a table in the lobby area for us. The manager was very attentive and we were pleased with the service we received. Unfortunately, when we went to the lobby at 4:30 a.m. to check in, we were met with a noisy environment due to the televisions. This prompted us to leave immediately. An employee had to shout over the noise to assist us with the check-in process. I would suggest that the restaurant either turn off the loud music in the lobby or risk losing customers in the future.
