Arby's - Swartz Creek

I 'm not used to this level of greatness from Arby 's. Unfortunately, my local Arby 's has very real struggles with staffing and management, in which the price is ultimately paid by the customers. This Arby 's in Swartz Creek still shows the end results of what a solid management team and a synergized, dedicated team of workers does for an organization. Everything was perfect, and this was from a drive through order that I received at or near 11pm, then drive home and let the dogs out before being able to enjoy it! Even at that point, the crinkle fries were cooked perfectly, with a deep golden color and a perfect snap that held 30+ minutes, and still warm mind you, by the time I was finished eating! But if you 're in the mood for Arby 's and will be in the area, it 's worth the drive to visit this location to remind yourself what Arbys is supposed to be like! Thanks to the crew here for taking pride in your work everyday, even when I 'm sure at times it seems otherwise tedious and mundane to you, but myself and others like me truly do understand how difficult of a job you have and we appreciate you very much! I wish more people realized how critical to our country food service workers really are, and workers have to endure some of the worst treatment by customers of any profession that I 'm aware of! Great job Arby 's crew, I will proudly continue to sport my Will work for bacon Arby 's T-Shirt! (Which I would love to have in a size L by the way, mine is a bit too small for my over 40 dad bod :

It was nice a quiet and great service food always good and it's always clean too.

I stopped to grab shakes for my grandkids because I had a coupon. The person at the window didn't seem friendly and didn't offer me a drink holder for my 3 shakes.

Stop here a couple of times because it's close to a friend's house the fry's are always under cooked and I never get the sauce packs I ask for

Food is just okay. Seems they have cut back on portion sizes of sandwiches. French fries are not full. The drink sizes are smaller now. A large is the size of the old medium. Guess it's time to just stop eating fast food.
