Los Dos Amigos Hacienda - Sweet Home

I went there for dinner and my sister-in-law discovered a sharp foreign object, about an inch long, made of metal or plastic in her food. If it had been swallowed, it could have been deadly. When we brought this issue to the waitress's attention, she mentioned offering us a discount, but that never happened. This is completely unacceptable, and I believe this restaurant should be inspected by health authorities.

I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce, served with rice and beans, and a generous side of French fries! The waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, perhaps a bit too much, but she was very friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was fantastic as well. I will definitely return to this restaurant the next time I'm in Sweet Home.

I visited this restaurant with some friends, and while our order was taken quickly, there were two instances where they brought us the wrong items. Eventually, when my order finally arrived, I received a Macho burrito filled with chicken instead of the beef I had requested. We had already been waiting a long time, and I ended up having to wait even longer for my correct burrito while my friends started eating. The food itself was quite bland, which left us feeling disappointed. Additionally, according to the menu, certain items were supposed to come with sides or offer guacamole/sour cream, but when our food arrived, those were missing. When I inquired about it, I was informed that it was a mistake on the menu. Why not serve what the menu promises or update it accordingly? Overall, it was quite a frustrating experience, though I must say the staff were wonderful.

Worst service and food I have ever had! Took 40 minutes for them to ask us what we wanted to drink. (then brought us tea that was sour) Unsanitary also! I was seated right by the kitchen and watched the waitress drop the paper for the chips on the ground, pick it up and place chips on it, and when she brought it to me IT HAD ANTS CRAWLING ON IT. they gave us cold food on EXTREMELY hot plates. I actually burned my arm on the plate. Was very obvious they heated the plate and put the cold food on it. Worst experience ever.

The food is excellent, and the service is wonderful. The prices are quite reasonable as well.
