Swan - Sweet Home

The take-out experience was disappointing, but I applaud the restaurant for staying open during the pandemic. The fried food sometimes tastes like old oil, although I may be overly critical. The service is consistently fast and the portion sizes are decent, but the sweet and sour sauce is inconsistent, often lacking the necessary tanginess. If these two aspects were improved, I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating.

I've been eating at swans for several years. best mar far chicken I ever tasted. large proportions and decent prices. friendly staff, very busy.

I ordered General Tso's chicken, but I received oranges instead. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for a refund, they refused to make it right. This was the first time I had experienced an issue at this restaurant and I was shocked by their behavior. I will not be coming back here as it is unacceptable to argue and not provide the correct order.

The restaurant has a very clean kitchen and the food is prepared by a talented and skilled chef.
