Ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. The pizzas, although being thin and crispy were wet and soggy and all the toppings slid off. We tried to eat some to not waste what we paid for, but ended up just throwing them away. It was very disappointing seeing as we spent $40 on one meat lovers and one cheese pizza. Only the cheese sticks were edible and neither them, nor the pizzas were even cut. I suggest either ordering from Domino 's or Biggs. update Now we are sick
I dislike writing negative reviews, but my last two delivery orders were missing items. I called the store about my bread sticks for the first order. They made me a double order and had it delivered, which I appreciated. I didn't receive my Parmesan Romano shaker for today's order. The DoorDash driver was friendly when I asked about it. He told me to call the store and he would go back and get it for me, but it wasn't his fault they didn't include it. I didn't want him to have to make another trip. It's only 99 cents, but I paid for it. They need to check their orders before sending them out! It's too much of a hassle to have to call about these issues because I have to be transferred to the store when I call the local number. Sometimes they don't answer and I have to keep calling. I still have my receipt if they want to make it right.
I arrived to do a delivery. Upon telling the gentleman the name on the order he became argumentative and standoffish. He then kept going on and on about the type of delivery it was regardless of company I was delivering for. In turn I returned his attitude. This is the first time I have given a bad review. The reason is the order was completed by the smiling young lady that was being a respectful and kind employee thank you dear. This young woman is the only reason I did not cancel the order. Upon recieving the food to deliver the gentleman did not have the drinks ready nor did he tell me there were drinks with the order in which ended up not being listed on my app. So his customers did not recieve their drinks. Normally had it been placed through my delivery company it could have been reimbursed however I recieved another delivery order so could not return to the Pizza Hut to inform the rude employee that drinks were missing making the order incomplete. So that being said upon arriving to deliver for Pizza Hut or another delivery service said Employee could learn much from his younger coworker upon greeting and talking to Delivery or Customers. I was hoping the gentlemen was ok because maybe he had a bad start to the day. I will pray for him to have a great rest of his week and that he focuses more on getting his complete orders out for delivery rather than being and argumentative with the Outside Delivery services he apparently put an order online to fulfill their delivery service. Have a great day and thanks again to the young lady that was about getting her customers their food kindly and in a perfect timely manner. This young lady gets 5 across the board. The low ratings on the review is for the gentleman. may his days get better.
Placed an order 3/26 and I was shorted two pizzas and an order of wings. Of course they use DoorDash when they don’t have a driver and DoorDash will not help you if your order is incorrect or if not, everything was in . You can call the number that’s listed on here all day and get the automated system and get nowhere. I think I was passed to six different people and it just takes you right back to the main menu every time I even tried doing a via email complaint got a response that the store would call me but never even got a call, when you have something delivered, you’re not able to get into your vehicle or have a vehicle available to go up there physically that’s the whole point of Delivery so I don’t seem to understand why they can’t get their phone system where you can actually speak to somebody who’s from the store and not way across the country.
