Amole's Mexican - Sweetwater

The fajitas and quesadillas are better than anything within 100 miles in any direction and the ceviche is as good as any seaside eatery.

We went out of our way to get our very picky eater pancakes at lunch time. Caldo was amazing chili rellenos were good to.

Tried the Beef and Chicken enchiladas. Hot plates, beans still sizzling when served! Food was great. 5 stars. Staff 4 stars, Facilities 2 stars

Going through Sweetwater and decided to stop by. Restaurant had decent curb appeal compared to other restaurants in the town. Food was very mediocre. Tortillas were not good, seemed slightly under cooked and they were brittle. They were not soft and warm like I am used too . Hot sauce has a tart taste to it did not have good flavor. The food was a solid 3.5. Lots of flies in the restaurant and the tables are too close together. Will not return.

Meaxican breakfast and lunch the menu could use some work, there is no description about the choices. the prices of the options are good. we have: pancakes.
