Great food and people but need to bring back the Buffalo chicken things

Here lately in the later part of the evening I have went to Sonic between 7:30pm -10:00pm and on several occasions my food has been very old. I got the chicken sandwich meal and I could not chew it because it was like rubber and I’ll be honest I didn’t call them to let them know because they knew it when they served it so after tonight’s bad experience with old food I will have to go elsewhere. I hope someone can fix the situation before someone gets sick. It used to be a great place to go to but not so much anymore or at least at night. Thanks

Drive thru staff was friendly and professional. Food burnt and over cooked. Threw food away.

My dr pepper was carbonated water took it back and what got it the same way seriously ?
