MONDAY NIGHT NOT BUSY NIGHT FOR TAKEAWAYS TOOK OVER AN HOUR

I am not someone who complains a all the time...but this has to be, hand on heart, the worst takeaway we have had since moving to Swindon. I love Mexican food and was excited at the prospect...how disappointed I was when the order arrived took over an hour! . The chips were so undercooked that they were still hard in the middle how hard is it to get this right?!? When they are golden brown, they are cooked!! , the kebab tasted as if the meat was off, there was no steak in my burrito despite paying for this, and within an hour of eating what I could the burrito was the only edible part of the £20+ order , I ended up on the toilet with a bad tummy. Coincidence? I think not. I would urge you all to save your money and spend it somewhere with better quality food and service. At this rate, the place will end up shutting down by the end of the year as they will have no customers left

This was absolutely disgusting service!!! Ordered food at 20:15.......ETA 21:00. Heard nothing at 21:00. ETA changed to 21:30.... Heard nothing just after half past. Rang for an update to be told the delivery driver had broke down and the other driver not working so there are no deliveries! Didn't think to ring us and wasn't even apologetic on the phone!!!! Told us to pick it up or they will refund half the price! Cheeky! Went to pick it up at 22:00. £6.00 back instead of half the price £12 50!!!! Get home and there were items missing and the chips weren't cooked!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!! Do not recommend! It's a good job my partner went and not me because I would have kicked right off! Appalling service!

Terrible service!! 30 minutes late, 4th time I have received tacos with cheese on after leaving a note I am lactose intolerant, no fries when we ordered them. then when we tried to address the issue with Best Burritoz over the phone we get passed from person to person until one eventually cuts us off (twice! . appalling service, we won't be ordering again have been disappointed too many times now.

Small company with big heart. Excellent fresh food.
