Fish cakes were burnt on one side chips were dry and stale and the staff can’t do anything other than give me money off my next order I will not be ordering again I’m disappointed and my kids were too! My daughter didn’t want to eat the rest of her fish cake and normally she loves them! Fish batter was undercooked! Only thing was nice was curry sauce but couldn’t enjoy it at all. Service: Delivery
The chips here, now it's Moon Star, are awful. They're overpriced and clearly frozen and deep fried. The portion sizes are really bad too. The food itself is expensive and it's cash only still. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
We tried this Chinese after its change of ownership to Moon Star and think its a great place to have around the corner. We ordered Salt and Pepper chicken, Singapore Vermicelli, Smoked Chicken and Crispy Shredded Chilli beef. All delicious, and the shredded chilli beef was the star of the show. Looking forward to our next order. A gentle reminder to all who expect fish and chips to be the staple, that this is a Chinese Takeaway, and therefore it'll be the Chinese dishes that will be cooked excellently and come recommended. My only note would be that the store is cash only still, and it would be great to see a move to accept card payment as we are limited on access to a cash point in the area. See you again Moon Star!
Fresh hot. Great good and great service. Super clean. Really lovely family run small business. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
The one size chip offering is weird , the portion is basically a small ... For the price of a large Chicken sweet and sour balls were super greasy , satay Chicken skewers were tough with hardly any satay sauce ... First and last time here since new management , used to really rate this place Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
