Best service I’ve ever received from a McDonald’s restaurant Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: McDonald's Fries, Big Mac

This is literally last time I have ordered McDelivery. Taken just shy of an hour to be delivered, which is not a problem in itself. Delivery driver taken about 5-10 minutes to deliver from picking up from the restaurant. Question is. What was the food doing for the 40-50 mins? Not only it was absolutely stone cold, but also one of the burgers missing. Contacted Uber Eats, as advised on the McDonalds app, but they said due to delivery being quick (it was), they cannot do anything about cold food. However I did get a refund for the missing burger. There is nowhere else to report mishandling by the restaurant and to get any sort of co sensation for this.
