Shocking! Lady on till couldn’t find our order and made my mother look through all the dockets to find our one… Never experienced such a bad attitude! Tried calling back to see if our order was found, it was but the lady said it was our fault and that the docket was always there, we just didn’t see it!!! Appalling attitude when speaking to customers, obviously she has 0 experience working in the service industry! Do yourselves a favour and avoid.

I was very disappointed by the order that I made and received today. I ordered my food today at 19:16 clock and got my delivery at 9:09 clock. I called the place three today, and the staff didn't hang me with any reason. when I called, the type told me about the recipe that my food was cooked and that it was on the way, and after 2 hours the food arrived and it was cold. Not only to mention that the staff was very rude and unprofessional on the phone, but the supplier was also very rude and unprofessional, and he cried to me and struck my fault that it was not. I knew and said to the supplier that it is not his fault, but I had asked for a refund and the supplier said he knows nothing about not even complaining about an email or something. if someone knows the email of a manager or how I could get in touch with a manager, please let me know. not only the personal was rude, but the job was also cold and delayed. this is a waste of money, and not to mention the personal is very rude, unprofessional and very unfriendly. this posture is in no way acceptable, in form or form, within a business, and it is not okay or cool to hang on a customer when they ask where their order is, or how to submit a complaint form.

Louise always provides excellent service at the register. She is a kind and wonderful person.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chicken balls were very small, comparable to McDonald's nuggets, and the chips were terrible—undercooked and in need of an additional 20 minutes in the fryer. The rice was also extremely hard. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this place.
